It’s possible, but it’s never a good idea to get your SPF from your makeup. You don’t use enough makeup for it to be effective. If you’re not using 1/4-1/2 tsp for just your face, you’re not even getting half the SPF listed on the bottle.
I was told at my dermatologist office that even if products say they have SPF I still needed a physical sunscreen. Since I have pigmentation on my skin, I’m not taking any more chances and I’m lathering up with sunscreen every morning.
