To be accurate, his company doesn’t make them. His company just slaps the “Trump” name on anything that looks sort of classy and/or glitters with what might be gold. Your point still stands.

I think the best play would be to attend while loudly and publicly remind Trump of his own words, that he would “do more for HBCUs than any other president has done before” in context of what Obama had done before.
