Make a rule and stick by it—smoke outside; period. Eventually, this method will aid in helping you quit. I can't say the "quit" part has worked for me yet, but I smoke far less and smoking outside certainly makes a difference inside my digs. Good luck.
Actually, I was a Sprint customer for over a decade and from land line to cellphone, they suck. Worst customer service—by far the worst.
No data caps now. That was the case too before AT&T got iPhone and then Verizon. I assure you, Sprint will have a cap when the bandwidth they provide comes to a screeching halt.
Not one cop. Why? They're all on one of the thousands of "lunch breaks" / siestas they have on a daily basis.
You couldn't convince me to sign up with Sprint even if the plan was 100% free. They are by far the worst company with some of the worst customer service; iPhone or not.

Big deal, Sprint has a terrible network and this will make it more bogged down. Plus, they have THE worst customer service.
