It’s about how wide the rear fenders on the Testarossa were in comparison to the cabin. I order to see anything , they’d have to jut out some ungodly distance. By mounting it higher they are getting the view from a much narrower slice of the car.

I really do like that Cacti Green color. I was playing with the Corvette configurator and kept coming back to it.

I live 30 minutes from a ski lift. In Oregon, we just don’t use salt. It’s fine. Salt does more harm than good. They put down some gritty sand-like material during snows, plow pretty good and we get around just fine. In the spring, they go around with these street sweeper things and hoover it all up and dump it back

I always liked the dash in my mom’s Alfa Romeo Spyder.

Today I learned Remedy had gotten rid of their old R logo where the center of the R was a bullet.

I want Ubisoft to be uncomfortable with us not owning any of their games.

Oh, and even if you have kids, as long as they sub-teen, they fit really well in the back seat just fine, booster seat and all.

Get the gently used 911. They’re pretty damn reliable cars, excellent driving vehicles and they hold their value really well. You can drive something like this for several years and sell it for probably close to what you paid. Cost of ownership isn’t terrible either. I changed my own brake pads and spark plugs and

An afternoon, a can of 3M spray adhesive and a rubber roller and even I could have that thing looking pretty damn good for at least another few years.

Remember when we used to look at shitty photoshops of models with spider-abdomen waists and 3 legs? And those were done by humans.

I think RAM and Dodge should be recombined. It’s the same demographic.

when I was a kid I loved butterfingers. Hadn’t had one in like, I dunno, 20 years. Ate one from the kids’ Halloween bucket and it was.....off. Like a weird half-assed version of the thing I remember. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it, it just wasn’t AS good.

MSG brings the umami

But when all the apples turn out to be of the red delicious variety.

Remember when you went into a store and you could just feel that the store was dying? If you are really old you felt this way entering a Sears. Then it was Toys R Us. If you are only slightly old, maybe you went into a Circuit City post 2005? Anyway, I think you all know that feeling. You can just tell.

It’s dead. Good.
