Iron Man 2 has the unenviable position of being connective tissue rather than a film in its own right. I don’t disagree that it’s one of the weaker Marvel films, but here’s the thing. While the sum isn’t greater than the whole, I love each individual scene of Iron Man 2 even if the overall thing doesn’t gel.

It has a bit of old-school sexism baked in with the sex cards and all that, but yeah, I overall enjoyed the game, as clunky as it was.
