Her Droopy cosplay is on fucking point.

Waiting 100 days would be a mistake. RIGHT NOW some Republicans in the Senate are willing to vote against Trump. In 3 months, the outrage of 1/6/21 will have died down some and those Republicans may not feel so strongly about sending a message to the ex-president.

You see people praising King’s ability to depict the super flu here. That’s because it was good and it was good because he researched it thoroughly because he wanted his world-ending illness to be as realistic as possible.

Trump would’ve never been President had media companies had chosen to deplataform him early on.

Full disclosure he’s actually not a great writer but he has a way of sucking you in with bizarre plots and ideas. I read him a ton as a teen and when I reread some King more recently I wasn’t terribly impressed. But the first third of the Stand is the best depiction of society’s slow crawl into chaos during a disaster

I believe you may be the first person I’ve ever heard to make that decision. Still, the King ouvre has merits.

My sense from reading comments here and in the Facebook group is that not being familiar with the source material is basically a prerequisite to liking the show. I can see it being novel enough that one would be intrigued, but you’re blessed to never know how badly they’ve fucked it up.

Again: Geoff Johns suuuuucks

Well, that escalatored quickly.

Ah, yes, who could forget LaBeouf’s iconic portrayal of the character everyone hated in that Indiana Jones movie that practically everyone hated.

But, if you actually read the article, it isn’t a weird complaint, because the series takes place in Montana, where female disappearances and murder victims are disproportionately indigenous women, but the show only shows white victims. If it were set in a different part of the country there wouldn’t be a problem, but

So, Couple Retreats.

To pinpoint exactly what’s wrong with this show: it’s deeply unfunny and bad.

I enjoyed the ride, but I am having trouble with the fact that Agnes extorted them for $5K, when there was a legitimate reward for $250K out there for the taking. At least out there enough that Keith thought he was going to get it. I understand the storytelling, but Agnes not getting the reward and Keith thinking he
