It’s tragically hilarious how they chose to highlight this supposed plight. Fast food is the best example in the world of how to build a company to be impervious to knowledge and skill loss caused by turnover. You get the same taste experience no matter where you are in the world, no matter who prepares it.
Because other industries that sell poison to the masses have been known to treat their employees better.
Isn’t the high turnover the point of fast food, from a corporate perspective?

You must have a really low bar for beef. Haven’t you ever eaten a burger that’s been ground fresh in the restaurant, rather than pre-frozen at a facility hundreds of miles away? There’s a lot of better ways to get your beef fix, and you’ve no idea how much of that patty is just filler anyway.

I think you missed the point. Nature doesn’t enforce borders, humans do. And humans only dreamed of the concept of borders as a means of preventing or limiting natural migrations.
Fair warning, it will probably taste just as weird as the fast food sausage you’re used to. The regulars that eat these for breakfast on the daily are acclimated to the flavor and texture, and might react negatively if it changes in any significant way.

Beyond Meat should figure out how to make plant-based cheese. The fact that we don’t have vegan cheese options at fast food joints will prevent any vegans from picking up a cheeseburger, bacon or not.
