I'm not sure there won't be criminal charges. The stipulation sounds like it resolves the case vs the actual charity, but I don't see where the State of NY has agreed to not go after the board members. It's all possible they've already obtained a sealed indictment to unseal when he leaves office.

Can we get either of them to run for president in 2020? If we had more people like this in Congress, we'd all be better for it.
