Corrupt? Yes. More proof that government incentives for investment tend to be foolish? Yes. If these deals are profitable, someone is going to put money in. When government provides incentives, it’s tilting the table for someone. This time, it’s blatantly for someone “working” in the White House. In the past, it’s

Hot take. He’s supposed to represent his constituents, not the green lobby. And his constituents want coal to continue. Coal is going down, and not coming back. Oil and gas is cheaper, coal fired plants are being retired, coal waste has more liability, and nothing Manchin or Trump do changes the economics or

It does take awhile for big dumb animals with small brains to know they're hurt.

Have you noticed he doesn't sit like a normal person? It really was evident at HW Bush's funeral. Everyone sitting back, and Trump was on the edge of his seat. I'm guessing it's to take pressure off hemorrhoids, but maybe he thinks it makes him look tough and ready for action.

Schumer should have insisted McConnell be present. Not that it makes it better, but make McConnell a part of this as leader of the Senate. Also, sell the image that if there is a shutdown, the Senate is complicit in it.

My thoughts too! Don’t forget, this is an administration that refused to plan if they won, and didn’t know they’d have to hire a staff!

Agreed. Sanchez at least went to two afc championship games, thanks to his defense. But Tom Savage?!? That's all the evidence he should need for collusion.

I think there is some legit criticism of Kaep's ability to accurately throw the ball. But there is no way Tom Savage, Nathan Peterman, Mark Sanchez, or Josh Johnson should be in the league over him. Kaep could at least make some plays on the run.

A roll? Maybe half a roll.

I hope they get him to throw out a pitch. With the competent people fleeing, I hope all the syncophants just nod and tell him he’ll be great.

Hey Donny Two Scoops, if this Accomplished the Mission, why are you threatening to shut down the government over the Wall?

1) don’t ever give Trump what he wants. Just don’t. He’ll stab you in the back the next moment.

The conservative voting base is particularly gullible.

“So what explains the Court’s refusal to do its job here?” Thomas wrote.

Mike Golic was so excited describing this play, I’m pretty sure he was touching himself. 10 lineman! Offensive and defensive lineman! A pass to a lineman! A play fake, to a lineman!

I find a good rule of thumb to be to oppose anything Trump supports. He doesn’t support policy, he supports himself. There’s other methods to achieve the same goals, and if Trump is indifferent about it or opposed to it, then it’s probably good.

I remember, but I also remember Dubya and Reagan, and I don’t think either were considered intellectual heavyweights.

My gut reaction is this would be better served by coordinating with a Union who represents their workers. Too bad, years of government conspiring with business to erode the Unions now results in the need for regulation to correct it.

No one should be running after age 65 for any office. And judges should be forced to retire at 65.

Agreed! I prefer "Trump is wrong!" as headlines.
