I think it's unlikely Trump is impeached. I think it's more likely that due to the mountains of evidence against him, or as Trump will claim "a need to get back to my business", he doesn't run for re-election because he won't want to be a loser. 

It certainly seems that Flynn attempted to cooperate fully, which likely contributed to the recommendation. I also wouldn’t be surprised that Mueller is playing some strategy. If the Trump’s attempt to cover up their tracks, they will make mistakes doing it, and that could actually lead to more evidence against them.
