My company’s home office is right down the street from that, America’s greatest exit.

I drive a high roof cargo van 800-1000 miles per week almost exclusively in an urban setting and I would genuinely struggle to get mileage this terrible. I bet he’s one of those people you see going 80 with their brake lights on.

I performed a very “it’s not stupid if it works” repair just yesterday. Coworker’s car had a tire go flat and debeaded. Fixed hole with regular patch kit, but our workshop air compressor didn’t move enough air to get the tire reseated. Solution was a ratchet strap around the tire to push the sidewalks out enough to

Should I cancel my order?

They sold about 4000 of each last year

As the owner of a twin I beam F250, I must say that soft spot is gonna get sore after about an hour of driving. It also turns out they’re super easy to steal, as I found out shortly before Christmas.

My cars would probably pass most of the tests (brakes work, wheels aren’t going to fall off, etc. But there is a pretty big delta between “drives perfectly well” and “passes all the tests with flying colors. I’m not against safety and emissions testing, but I do think Germany’s would be a little overkill for the US.

Tick-tock, Ford. My wallet is waiting for you or whoever gets the i3 of pick ups on the road first.

I would’ve launched my car into the sun out of frustration long before I actually succeeded in getting it to pass TUV. Congrats on passing by the skin of your teeth.

In most dealers, the F&I guy will pull out an even bigger gun and plop it on the desk to show you up. I’m one of about 3 people in my whole store that doesn’t carry everyday.

I demand (yet another) Comptech throwback livery!

How slightly is slightly radioactive, exactly? I also really like the “this cannot be used as a nuclear weapon” disclaimer in the tech section.

We took 50 diagonally across the state for some reason. I think that’s why it took so long. Plus this was back when commercial vehicles had a lower speed limit. I don’t think Kansas does that anymore.

I honestly can’t wait for a long, depressing, monotonous drive through Kansas.”

They could be using the Low Volume Vehicles Act to get around some of those pesky rules and whatnot.

Quoi?

How many times have I told you... HOLLOW EARTH! Where the hell do you think all these lizard people live!?

I always forget that Ohio and California are like the only places with blimp fleets in the US. I see the Goodyear blimp probably 20x a year around Columbus for OSU/Crew/State Fair events. Hell. I was in Akron over the weekend and watched one take off.

Yeah that’s the plan once I’m free and clear.

Even saw the lights of the Goodyear Blimp
And it read hey dumbass, this is a blimp.
