S2000 broke my back

Torch got it 100% right. Maybe not the exciting choice, but a modern(ish) compact pickup, with reasonable mileage (wtf Tacoma?), and trailer can be had for this budget. Every small landscape outfit where I've lived has used a Ranger/S10 and a trailer. Pick one up for 3-4k, stop by harbor freight or tractor supply and

Ehh... It’s probably a nice price, but why would you want it? Slow, not necessarily fun in the twisties, and very suspect reliability of being a 3GS family member.

Talk about death by a thousand small cuts..

I’m surprised I’m the first one to mention the gross K&N filter. FFS, clean that thing before you take your ad photos. CP, since I know the type of people that build things like this, and this is going to be nothing but problems.

This seller must be getting high on their own supply. Let me be the first to say it this morning: you are not going to get someone else to pay you back for your ridiculous mods!

I wouldn’t spend this kind of money on it, but this is what the market is for these things. NP, if you drink the Koolaid.

Saw a running, driving MX-3 (with the V6 and manual!), priced at “F-it” money, voted NP. It's just what you do.

Still doesn't explain why the other employees weren't also terminated for watching said porn on the job...

A "limo" with no A/C. Enough said. CP.

Get a new Golf Sportwagen while they’re still selling them. Timeless styling, good tech, nice turbo engine, tons of cargo room, easy to park, great balance between mileage and fun. As long as you skip the Alltrack version, you’ll come in way under budget.

IIRC, it means “soup spiller”, so a slightly more specific kind of loser.

It's not something I would ever want, but under 10k for a diesel in that kind of shape is NP.

That Northstar V8 is a ticking time bomb. If you buy this, you need to factor in the cost of a replacement, which will easily double the price. Haven't any of you watched Hoovies Garage? CP

If you ever find out, please share with the rest of us... Once in a while I’ll get a comment approved, but usually it’s grayville for me. I always wondered how so many people always seem to get approved every day.

Typically, I might say “there’s no such thing as a cheap Porsche”. But at this price, even with the inevitable repair/maintenance costs, it’s still a steal for what you get. NP

Maintenance was done 3 years ago, and this is a Ferrari. So you’re probably less than 2 years away from another round of massively expensive maintenance, let alone and repairs that pop up. All that for a car that would get embarrassed by a Veloster N...

I see what’s going on here... The seller bought himself a HAUNTED Ferrari, and is trying to unload it on an unsuspecting Craigslistian. Not today, Satan! Zoinks!

No. Just no. This a 19 year old Cherokee, not a Lotus or Porsche. You’re better off getting one with more mileage for less than half the price. CP.

Interesting, but still just a Mazda B series with some extra seats. About as exciting to drive as it is to look at; so not at all. This needs to be priced more in line with a similar age B series, which would be half the price. CP.

For that price/mileage combo, it needs to be fully sorted. It's not. CP.
