I just purchased a brand new Golf Sportwagen that has more torque than this, more room, and a 6 year bumper to bumper warranty for 6 grand less than this thing... Total CP!

Define “nicer”. And when did you try to sell it? This price is on the lower end of current asking prices for similar year/condition/mileage.

It must be a K&N replacement filter, not as big of a sin as a boy racer cone one.

Not sure where you see the K&N filter. All I see is a stock airbox.

Honestly, I can’t see why anyone would CP this. As long as it passes a mechanics inspection, it’s a no-brainer. Great condition, reasonable miles, the right engine/trans. NP all the way!

These are great as a beater off-roader for the weekend. They are terrible at being an actual car, aren’t nice to look at, aren’t particularly rare, and aren’t historically significant. This is not a collector’s car, regardless of the condition. It should be dinged up and covered in mud... and priced about 10 grand…

Basically stock... except for the long list of mods in the ad. No one wants to spend nearly 4 grand on your compost heap of a car. CP

According to the video the camper is about $5300. The rest of the car is nowhere near a $9200 vehicle. Total CP at this price. Repeat after me: Mods do NOT increase the value of your used vehicle.

You could always sell off the taillights to a Saleen/Diablo owner if things don’t work out and recoup a good chunk of the purchase price...

If you really need an overpowered, unreliable, ugly sedan from this era, there are Mitsubishi Galant VR4s available for less than half the price... CP

Normally that kind of mileage would send me running in the other direction. But this is clearly actual highway mileage; you don’t drive 50k/year around town. It’s still only a 4-5 year old car.
