I voted CP on the Cayman today, does that help?
I voted CP on the Cayman today, does that help?
I’m voting CP out of principle. Used Subarus are completely overpriced in general, and I refuse to add to the hype.
This kind of money gets you a 2010 or newer SS with reasonable mileage and in nice shape all day long.
Did you let them test drive it at least? And what kind of brain damage did they have?
“unless bodywork was replaced and they needed to rebadge” Ding ding ding!
Was that one in a front end collision with a mismatched respray?
No test drives = No sale. I don’t trust this one at all. What’s up with the incomplete striping? Did they respray the hood and trunk, but not the front clip? On top of that, this generation is just poorly built. Even with under 10k miles, you know it rattles and clunks constantly. If you did test drive it, you’d never…
No, there’s just nothing to like about this car; then or now. Slow, ugly, poorly built, and ungainly. The NP voters are just being nostalgic for the days when they didn’t need Bosley and boner pills.
Careful... that trunk is big enough to transport your dead body. ;-)
Why would anyone want this? Yeah, it’s old, and in pretty clean condition; but old doesn’t necessarily equate to valuable. It’s not rare, it’s not important, it’s terrible to drive, and it’s ugly. If you must have a 30+ year old body on frame sedan with an under-powered V8, there are thousands (if not millions) of…
Who is voting NP on this thing? Even if you like this particular car (why?), the price is at least 8-10k too high.
That wish.com head unit tells me all I need to know about this car. What other items did he cheap out on? Clearly the body work is not going to be cheap, otherwise he would have done it. It’s a shame to see a beautiful car like this being neglected. CP
This is probably a nice price for when it was new. No power, no warranty, no domestic parts availability, no sale. CP.
Who is voting NP on this? It looks like a D- project from a high school auto shop class.
$1800 AND running/driving? NP all day.
Clearly the seller has some issues with his typing. Surely the price is a typo? That 1 makes absolutely no sense.
Two words: Extended Warranty.
JEEP = Just Empty Every Pocket.
Bought one of these with less miles 10 years ago for the same price. It was actually a solid car. The VR6 was pretty reliable; the 1.8T was a disaster in this era and was the rain fur must of the hate for these models.
