Haha it feels very familiar to me: you start writing your paper and make a statement that is obvious like “bone is a structure which protects our squishy parts” and then your supervisor proof reads and draws a big red circle with “citation???” And you have to dig through pub med to find a paper that you can reference.

Also people using drive-thru to make big orders. We’d get people pull up and order 10 meals, usually with custom burger orders (no cheese etc) and then complain when we made them park up and wait.

Ugh. Just what we need. More unrealistic expectations for society to place on women.
