Two immediate things I can think of are:

1. I hate that this app appeared at random.

I don’t think it’s the size that matters much to me (I mean, I haven’t seen one in person and won’t for a while unfortunately...) but rather the design. It demands way too much attention for something that’s going to be sitting next to basically other boring black boxy boxes.

I would find it out of character if he talked that much lol

It’s nice that Ori provides a second over-the-top option for those that can’t properly display the first over-the-top option.

These pictures are amazing. They went above and beyond sitting the expressionless dude in front of a mirror for him to reflect upon himself lol

It didn’t seem like any game data was stolen (at least, according to the article). But yeah, getting rid of DRM for purchased games and opening it up for better modding would be very cool.

I occasionally feel this with cutscenes or scenic moments of gameplay, but generally prefer a higher framerate otherwise. I’m not sure why tbh =P

I get the feeling that even if the Elite controller got those features, developers (with the exception of maybe first party Xbox studios) won’t fully implement them in games. The same is likely going to be true for multiplatform games on PS5 as well, given the base Series controller doesn’t have those features.

It seems like both consoles are focused on combining current gen games with next gen performance, with PS5 having the edge on bringing new experiences via the DualSense. It’ll have to take abandoning the Xbone and PS4 to really see game design changes from the improvements brought by the SSD.

If the 360 was still being actively supported and developed for, I would certainly expect some people to still be on there. This was touched upon in another thread, but the more likely course for Xbox Series is that these systems will get incremental upgrades to the point where the S will be powerful enough to keep up

I don’t see the Series S holding back the X. Really, it’ll likely be like this current gen (almost last gen) where the Pro/One X became the standard and the base PS4 and Xbone got the barebones, technically playable experience.

Curious how this might affect their fog gaming thing, if it’s still a thing.

Yeah, given the recent changes to the PS Store (website), I have to wonder if it will affect claiming games for consoles you don’t own.

For what it’s worth, I got less comments from people trying to make fun of someone who supposedly can’t read, and instead got more insightful comments about mastering and patches. So overall, net positive... I think.

Yeah, the article was a few sentences and an embedded tweet that didn’t show the image with the statement. Didn’t mean to garner a lot of attention for not being able to read lol.

Edit: At a work computer. Can’t read tweet unfortunately.

Wow.

Ouch.

Didn’t realize watch dogs was coming out this week. I play and like most of ubisoft’s games, but I always buy them later cuz they’re so reliably on sale. Looking forward to playing this in a year or so. :P
