Mortar/concrete mixing tubs are EXCELLENT to have around. They are huge, come in a few different sizes, pretty sturdy and not expensive ($8-20) at the local big box home improvement store. I have several and use them for transmission/coolant drain pans and loose parts storage while the job is underway.
