Counter:  Missed go-ahead kicks in the final seconds of games are indeed the reason why games are lost.  Because you see, if the kick had been made, they’d have won.

True, Nagy also tunnel visioned in on the kicking problem as the BIGGEST reason they lost the NFC championship game. Seemingly ignoring other deficiencies the team had. Also screw Matt Nagy for screwing over my fantasy football team

I foresee 6 new place kickers attempting 41 yarders in front of the entire team at the Bears’ practice on Tuesday...

Failure in the red zone is an improvement over not getting into the red zone, I guess.

Oklahoma’s Playoff Chances Might Have Just Died Because Of A Thing That Actually Happened

the game most certainly would have ended in a victory for the Sooners.

1) the ball hits the oklahoma player before 10 yards

I guess I get the gripe but its not like this play occurred in a vacuum. The whole reason they were even in that situation is because they got their asses handed to them by a 4-2 K-State team. Most likely, had the play been upheld and they squeaked out a win they likely would have fallen a spot or two in the rankings.

The main gripe here is that piece of modern technology was used to essentially determine the outcome of a game within a system that is nowhere near as modern... had the camera not caught this brief ricochet and a red-hot Oklahoma offense been allowed to travel the 38 yards necessary to score a touchdown, the game most

It was very obvious...even off of two frames of footage...that the ball hit number 8 before 10 yards. Don't be a dullard.

I get where you are coming from but, you know, you can still go outside...

Yeah, no mystery to the diseases you get from ciggies. Lung cancer, emphysema, other cancers of the mouth, tongue, etc.

Exactly. MLB gave the Expos to Loria so that he could alienate Montreal and then give MLB an excuse to move the team.  May Bud Selig rot in hell

We were without a baseball team entirely for thirty-three years, until 2005, when the Montreal Expos, financially strapped, moved to town.”

This is a bad take. The Cubs bandwagon is can’t hold a candle to how shitty Boston and their fans are.

Hello, brother, have you heard the Gospel of the Lovable Loser?”

I’m sorry, what?  You don’t think Pats fans are that bad?

I said to him, getting a little teary-eyed, “I have dreamed for so long about this day, taking a son to a baseball game.”

A Red Sox fan criticizing another team’s fanbase would be like if Arby’s started doing restaurant reviews.

you on the other hand sound not at all bitter or angry
