All of the stars for this recommendation.  I love this podcast.  The characters are actually complex and show growth.  I can’t tell you how many times I’ve cracked up listening to either dialogue between the characters or a Herschel F. Baumgartner rant.

Accountability isn’t an either/or thing. Brown is accountable for his actions and is out $30 million because he couldn’t control his seemingly natural tendencies to be an ass.

The Raiders signed Brown knowing who he was and decided to think that they could just ignore that. It's not an either or situation. Both sides managed to fuck this up. Brown is a known basket case that acted true to form. The Raiders failed to make any adjustments.

My son has had a prosthetic eye since the age of one. There are plenty of competent occularists who can make highly realistic prosthetics.  This really isn't about "the purple hair" crowd as much as this is about a politician exploiting an injury for political gain. 

A rule that the team can choose not to enforce.  The CBA gives them the ability to make this decision, it doesn’t make that decision necessarily a good one.

The game seems to be moving away from the traditional model that you need a workhorse 20/100 RB to be successful.  Hell, Gordon wasn’t even a 20/100 RB last year or at any point in his career.  If that’s your criteria for a good RB, then Gordon isn’t it.
