I love small, light sports cars, but my 2017 Toyota 86 wasn’t doing it for me at all. I got my 997 Carrera because I wanted something small that had more power than my then-current car.

Interested in seeing if it’s in something better than the FZ/MT-07 which has the same type of engine.

You never really get “rich” working for someone else, that’s why. I say this as someone who just has a boring desk job and who buys used.

911 owners have a system like this in which the exhaust catches particles of the tires and converts them into a heinous smell that wafts around the car for hours.

And trains aren’t just running with smaller crews - they’re making the trains much longer and running them with smaller crews. Next time you see a train go by, look at how many engines it has spread throughout it. That used to be rare, now it’s the norm.  It’s more stress on the railroad as well.

Watching Our Man In Italy now. From his man lab to the cooking show to Japan, he’s just a very pleasant hyper-aware presenter.

Not a fan of the F150 because it still uses leaf springs, which aren’t ideal if you’re just looking for a big comfy vehicle.

Ram 1500 with the hybrid V8.  It’s not a great hybrid system, but it’s roomy and most importantly it’s a V8. It has reasonable highway fuel economy too.
