“presumably reviewed by an editor”

I would of course never use “would of”.

it’s kind of ironic coming from Tarantino, who quite literally takes scenes from other movies. I don’t knock him for it, but it’s strange to be upset at someone else for borrowing an idea.

Here’s a handy tip to remember if you should use “would have,” or “would of.”

Are you being sarcastic or you really don’t know who that guy was? Because I would love to be the one to blow your mind.

Did I read the scene wrong, or was she trying to electric shock the gay out him?

I don’t have a point beyond that. You said “Gene literally saying to Barry on the phone that Jim knew Barry killed Janice.” Gene did not literally say any of that; it was implied (as you said) by context.

We’re really just faffing about at this point, but I did want to add one thing:

Janice father is a military trained interrogator who used neither evil, nor sinister techniques to extract the information he needed to find out who murdered his daughter in order to have the police arrest them and you have more respect for the character that did the killing than the grieving one says a lot

The Gene/Jim scenes really did look like a Meisner acting class exercise, I sat right up when I realized what they were doing. So well done.

I assumed Sally went back to Joplin to get revenge on her ex.

Give Henry Winkler’s eye/brow area a special Emmy, please!

I would actually say the opposite.  1994 was a particularly strong year, in my memory.  In addition to what was already mentioned, we had Lion King, Speed, True Lies, Wolf, Maverick, Reality Bites, Four Weddings and a Funeral, The Ref, The Crow, The Mask, Hoop Dreams, Clerks, Stargate, Heavenly Creatures, The

He and Hank don’t have a lot of places they can go to really be safe

I went back to watch/listen since Sally kind of mumbled it. Also checked the closed captions. It was “Oh, you do?”

I don’t think the scene where the general pulls the plug on Gump’s speech where he talks about how much the war sucks while the protesters cheer is very conservative.

You do have to admit, Mr. Hanks is a pretty smart guy. From the New York Times interview:

Great! Now get out of the water and set up a scenario where things are just in a normal relationship phase for a while!!

Good to hear.  Hope it continues to stay good.

What spoiler are you talking about? I don’t see any spoiler in this:
