You should seriously reach out to GS, as it seems like these are mostly GS horror stories... I really do wish it was a better store.
On PS3, BF3 had a similar issue with South American players. The ping would always benefit THEM, causing them to shoot through walls from across the map with instant headshots. Because on their screens, we were running in place. Easy kills.
