- “Winning speech checks is nice, but a charisma build can feel unsatisfying thanks to Fallout 4’s thin dialogue.”
That’s a good theory, I mostly use unarmed weapons when I can, Knuckles at low levels, until Powerfists became available, and around that same time I found the Deathclaw Gauntlet. All of these are considered medium speed, so I don’t have a comparison, they all are topped at 4.5 sneak attack damage (at max Ninja).
If your settlements are growing food it will go into your workshop. From there all you have to do is cook vegetable starch, which becomes 5 adhesives.
The issue is either in the text description or damage scaling. Unarmed/melee sneak attacks are supposed to cause 3/5/10 times damage per perk level. But they are only going up by 3.5/4/4.5 times (which is still pretty powerful, but not nearly as potent as the description).
So no fix for the Ninja perk? My unarmed character is sad.

This is actually kind of a big deal. Japan traditionally isn’t a place where shade is thrown towards competitors. Unlike us, they generally focus on how great their own product is, as opposed to how it compares with others. Selling via other’s negatives is far more western philosophy.
EDIT: I’m dumb... NVM.
Tell mom I’m sleeping over friend’s house. He does likewise. We go out, drop acid, and hang out all night, planning to go to the docks at dawn and wind down our trip fishing.
There is no rule or law that says all games must be played ASAP. Aside from trying to beat any spoilers you might otherwise experience, or wanting to play and enjoy with the rush of other players, it is often better to wait a bit (for a number of factors like price drops/patches/GotY editions/etc.).
(damn)
Just rename everything you wear with a [1-] at the front or a [2-] for your secondary (CHA or INT or whatever) set. They will be at the top of the alphabetical list. You can do this at any armor station.
Soy sauce is kind of a blanket term and can be made via a few different methods. Shoyu is a made with very specific ingredients and in a specific manor.
Last time I was in Tokyo my GF tried to take me here and they were closed for New Years holidays. She said it was her favorite ramen in the city, I guess Michelin agrees.
A lot can change in four years. Like, programs that used to be free, might not be anymore. You do realize you are commenting on a four year old post and article, and that the info and advice given might not be relevant anymore?
Point #2 earned you a blue star, for your not-so-flawed logic.
As a fallout vet who has been playing since Isometric RPG days, there are certain features I am really missing.
While not quite what you are referring to, there are two things that I know of worth returning to your home for (besides Codsworth). One is a ‘You are SPECIAL’ baby book, giving you a point to sped in your special, found in baby Sean’s room. The other is the comic book you can look at in the intro scene, on the…
Protip: Remove the powercore from that suit of power armor you parked.
