Well, since I’ve only been disappointed in a single Abrams film so far (that being Into Darkness), I don’t think I’ve got a lot to fear. As opposed to Snyder, who has yet to make a single film that has entertained me.

Ah, my mistake! I have less knowledge of how Marvel has been doing with their more recent comics (apart from the now ended Fables, I read very few comics anymore).
This seems to have been the problem with all the sequel material in the written form so far. The one off comics have been nothing but moving puzzle pieces (often even when it was unnecessary), and the first book was often an incoherent mess that didn’t do anything (at least for me) in terms of setting up this new…
Well, technically. You can add an external HDD, but you sure as hell can’t replace the internal HDD.
I get that the Wii U has still some great exclusives (mainly Mario related), but man oh man did they screw up this gen with their console. From the bizarre name to the controller to the two separate console releases to... well, pretty much everything. I love the original Wii, but every month new news pop up that make…
Since ads are all over the place now on Youtube videos, it’s an inescapable part of the conversation. They’re not always at the start, and it’s also annoying if you’re listening to music on a playlist.
It’s not always 30 seconds, and it’s not always at the start of the video, so, yes, it is disruptive. I’ve already shifted into entirely Netflix and buying movies so I can avoid ads on TV, why would I want to tolerate them online?
I support content creators through paid links, patreon, or buying their branded gear. There are plenty of ways to do this without disruptive ads.
Interesting comparison, since the native peoples died out because of the disease brought by the colonists, which they had not ever seen in their world before. I wonder what sub-group of microbe PewDiePie belongs to? :D
If we’re talking about that certain article, all I came with away was hyperbole and clickbait, I was more talking about the slew of articles that appeared at that time. And as for that, eh, I’m happy if more people play games - it should make it easier to not get weird stares when you excitedly talk about an upcoming…
Yes, that!
Only hopefully with much, much better writing.
I thought we were collectively dead as a culture?
Did she invite everyone over for milk and cookies, right as her boyfriend was about to get the star? Cause that’s some grave offense right there.
This was a while back, almost ten years ago, maybe? I was out on a date with a nice enough girl, and we got along fine. We went out for dinner and a movie, spent some time at a bar enjoying a drink and talking. All of it went just fine, and the conversation was fun, even if some worldviews were drastically different…
Any time a game that is trying to present itself as “you’re really there! we’re talking to you” stops to explain to me that pressing X will open something, I drop out, and it takes quite a while for it to win me back. That’s the strange kind of game logic that I won’t ever understand.
I don’t feel like anything, because I can listen to people with different ideals than my own and parse the discussion as separate from them. Isolationism in dialog creates bubbles, which are poison.
I don’t need to prove anything - you’re the accuser, the burden of proof is always on you.
You keep dancing around this, but the burden of proof is on you. I went through five pages of that blog and found nothing that would constitute as factual proof of harrasment. You keep saying there is some, yet refuse to provide examples. The only one being disingenous here is you.
I have no sources proving that she’s a horrible person, and I don’t trust hearsay. Otherwise I’d have to believe all kinds of terrible things about a bunch of people. If there’s proof, that’s a whole other issue.
