I don’t know, I didn’t like the story either. Well, specifically I didn’t like Alan’s narration throughout, every time he was describing something that would’ve been plain even without his narration, it grated on me.

As a PC gamer that’s exactly what i did with the PS3. Bought it ages later and played all the Uncharteds and Beyonds and MGS and Last of Us i wanted to play.

I’m not worried about regretting a purchase. I’m sure it’s a fine console. It’s about excess.

After Heavy Rain I decided I no longer needed to play David Cage games anymore. He fakes movies very badly. Half the time when I was supposed to have feels I was shaking my head at the screen for the game’s timing being so bad. His games generally fail to be fun and fail to use the medium to advance anything.
