Is Nice Price a secret club now? Doesn’t appear on the page at all any more, and no link. Is it being de-emphasized? Or am I missing something? If you came to the site and didn’t know about NPOND, you’d never know about it.

I purchased a 2000 Ford Ranger EV just last year. I’d been driving a 1st Gen Volt for a few years and hardly ever used gas. I wanted a full EV but we also could really use a little beater truck.
Other than the oil leaks in the valve cover, oil filter housing, and oil pan that every N55 will have, the car itself is the most reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned.
It’s in remarkable shape, and is appreciably rare thanks to attrition and the fact that no one bought them when they were new.
The Escalade was already a rolling monument to poor taste, but that just wasn’t enough for this guy. Blech. For this kind of money you can get a much newer Tahoe or Yukon that won’t cause spontaneous laughter at every stop light. No dice.
Nice one Rob! Go for that 100% No Dice to end a No Dice year. This offers no possible path to an NP vote. This is a quick way for people seeing you driving this to say look at that tool. No Dice at $5600.
I sold one of these on boxing day, not wet, not smoked, for £125000, It seems that amoung the arse engined nazi staff car brigade some of the alphabet suop is important, however, I suspect this one caught fire as result of having been submerged, £3000, as a parts donor at best.
Seller seems to be “forgetting” to explain the apparent water damage inside . . . yeah, completely escaped his memory, except for those dehumidifying pails inside. Methinks there is more than just a damaged engine here.
I wasn’t really sure what to make of this one, so I asked the webbernets.
My lottery dream is to open a museum with a section for largely forgotten manufacturers who either didn’t last very long, or never made it past regional status, like Dorris, Cole, Playboy, etc. It would be a museum with no Model A’s, T’s, or 1957 Chevys. I’d want a museum full of cars that you don’t see at every other…
The AC seems like the non starter for me. the age and lineage are also big concerns for me. I do comprehend the positive of the timing chains and clutch, but honestly I am not enamored enough with it to attempt to daily it, and honestly a v8 Wagon is really only good for daily driving. I am not sure it would be a…
Just for perspective, 15k works out to $416/month on a 36 month lease. I’d much rather have a brand new car (which $400 can get a pretty decent ride these days) then deal with a car that somehow has only been driven an average of 4000 miles/year in the 6 years since the engine work. Something else major is not right…
But does it have higher than average mileage because it’s unusual to get an Evoque to 75k?
Its not quite a crack pipe, but the seller is asking about two grand too much.
I love A-pillar gauges, and so should you
I may be swimming against the current here — wouldn’t be the first time — but I’m never comfortable with someone’s expensive custom project that they almost immediately put up for sale. Fresh motor -- 150 miles WTF? -- and paint redone. Usually that’s a sign there are unexpected problems or unfinished parts of the…
I miss my i-MiEV so much. I was going to drive that thing until the heat death of the sun.
This guy is smart enough to anticipate that play and will start the engine 20mins before you arrive so the blue smoke dissipates and you wont see it on startup.
