This. Exactly. The featured VW is horribly overpriced. The party bus two weeks ago was the right kind of “bus” for the price.

Super cool car but have to CP it because:
- It is a Lotus, which means it will be uncomfortable, noisy, and prone to repeated breakdowns;
- 276hp is pathetic by modern sport sedan standards;
- 72k miles is a mammoths age to a Lotus.
There are so many better cars one could procure for the price.

Quadpole is absolutely correct. Uber and Lyft (and other ridesharing apps) are prevalent mainly because public transit has become bloated, expensive, unreliable, and unable to reach many destinations in large cities. And many taxi operating companies are an absolute joke as well. Try getting a cab once it starts…

I owned one years ago. It was fast, fun and bulletproof with the Honda V6. The interior was plebian. Everything else seemed to break around the engine and transmission. But it was a worthwhile vehicle.

Is it just me, or does the body appear to be wonky, especially the front hood alignment and the rear trunk alignment? Also, the drivers seat appears to be angled toward the center console and has a downward slope to it.

CP only because one can get a much nicer, more capable, and newer used RV for the same price. Other than that, this is a cool RV but is largely outclassed by its American competition.

The known terrible Alfa Romeo reliability and the lackluster specs of the C4 are certainly contributors to what I suspect will be an overwhelming CP. Anyone who buys this or any other Alfa needs to have at least $20k…

Totally, the “bespoke pinstriping” just adds to the mystical allure created by those amazing seat covers. NP for the seats and pinstripes. And it is a good vehicle for tow behind duty.

I dont see that happening - minivans are not an exciting, growing segment and there are already too many competitors. The Ascent is about as close as they are going to get.

I like the Ascent and would consider it over a 4Runner. I also like the 4Runner, but it handles like absolute cr4p, is inefficient, wanders all over the highway, and rides harshly. It is very dated and for some reason Toyota just doesn’t have the 4Runner on their priority list for modernization. Id be willing to bet…

You would be well served to replace the radiator with a newer, more efficient unit - or at a minimum, have a pressure test performed on the existing radiator. IF engine heat is a concern, this is an inexpensive area that is not worth skimping on.

Subaru is a corporate marketing genius, I will give it that. Their badging really makes some owners feel self righteous about Subaru ownership.
