Why does a car need eyebrows and a corporate grill which looks like a cleft palate?
Why does a car need eyebrows and a corporate grill which looks like a cleft palate?
Thank you, sir.
I'm good with it and have been playing around off and on. It's not as bad as the Google+ on YouTube fiasco, so I welcome the change. Thanks for the warning.
I think part of it has to do with branding it as a Scion. For me, Scion screams "teenager", but if they had either kept it a Toyota or put the Scion marketing budget into the Subaru exclusively, I bet the sales would be quite a bit higher.
Congratulations, Doug! I've always enjoyed reading your pieces, even before I officially started commenting. You deserve it!
And this is why I have sworn off owning a car older than I am...
Nice MG. I wrote an article about mine last week on Oppo. Lucas and all...
Flat towing via strap, cable, or chain is illegal. You need a tow bar or Dolly to legally flat tow. Cops hate looking up unfamiliar codes though, so some let it slide. I'm in Alpharetta, by the way.
Sorry to hear this Jason. I saw it on your Twitter feed and said a little prayer for you.
Six sentences... TL:DR.
Who's that?
The hard enunciation killed me. Well played, sir. Haha
Isn't that sort of like saying you should know how to properly load and handle a gun because you have logged hundreds of hours playing Call of Duty? I don't play video games, but even so, I know they don't translate well to actual perception and physically doing something.
They did one during off season in the Turner Field parking lot for a while. Give it a shot on google.
I could say the same about you refuting what the author put in the article. That's why I clearly said "Don't quote me." Because I don't know exactly where I read it. I'm not arguing with you about a fender on a truck I'm never going to buy. Have a great day.
Don't quote me, but I think I read the same thing somewhere else. I could be wrong, but I know stamping aluminum is not quite the same as stamping steel. According to other things I've read about the truck, the aluminum is apparently a bit thicker gauge than the steel. Again, this is what I have pieced together.
The body panels for the new truck (and I guess those panels as well) are cast. Thick aluminum.
The MGC. The more rare brother to the MGB which sported an inline-6 (check out that hood bulge) instead of the I4 in pretty much every roadster to cross the pond. It's the way all of them should have been, and I've owned a B with a fully-built drivetrain. It still left me wanting a little bit more.
Been there. I went to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee at an Acura dealership that had an online price of $5500. I printed the ad (which had been posted that day and didn't have a picture) and I found the Jeep waiting to be detailed since it was a fresh trade-in. I test drove it and told them I would just buy it as it…
Sorry. I immediately thought of this:
