as a Renoite, i can say that he lives about halfway up Mt. Rose, which does get more snow than here in the valley, but even still that storm really did give us a dramatic amount of snow in a 24-hour period.

this has been my go-to lunch lately, too. it’s fast and fantastic. my only difference is that i use brown rice. also, sometimes i add green onions, sometimes a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, maybe some chile oil, or szechuan pepper, and sometimes i swap out the tuna for canned salmon. it’s always great.
