Agreed.  It’s not that gloves are bad (if workers prefer them and change them diligently cool).  But the article suggested that workers would be required to wear gloves because of covid, which isn’t scientifically valid.

From a covid perspective, gloves are not better than hand washing. So again, if the workers prefer to wear gloves, that’s cool. But if diners think gloves provide more protection than hand washing, the are wrong.
