I’m siding with the civilian here.  Not only is a D-I football player competing in IM basketball, he is also engaging in a full court press, which seems unnecessary given that he is likely twice as athletic as anyone else on court.  The non-scholarship athlete set a very legal screen, which I’m sure hurt the football…

Thanks for posting that from the lawsuit.  So assuming that is correct, that sounds to me like it was handled properly.  So why the rage?

Agree with you on the consistency (same as other McD shakes), but I feel like the mint flavor is pretty strong. My best comparison is if you made a (not) milk shake out of mint chocolate chip ice cream(the green kind), but removed all the chocolate chips first.
