Because no one wants to remember the aerostar.

You all missed the target here.  This man needs a 9-2X.

Right, but without the Germans innovating who would GM and Toyota copy?

we can go farther

Huh. I was sure they'd issue Bonds.

The SOHC 3.0 in this is essentially the same as the 3.0 TT in the 3000GT VR4. They take very well to basic mods and very well to boost. They can handle 6-10lbs on stock fuel system, so getting this little 3.0 into the 300hp range would be quite simple.

I know there are slight difference in the block (and especially the head as most of Mitsu’s V6's were single cam while the 3000GT TT was DOHC), but there was enough similarity that the engine should mount up in the same way.  I figured the plumbing and wiring would be the biggest nightmare in a swap like that.

You know the 3000GT shares the same V6 engine block as the Montero/Pajero. In theory a twin turbo V6 swap is relatively simple...

I’d go for it. I haven’t seen one of these in years, and have never seen one looking this decent. Nice price.

I’ve had a 91' GMC Jimmy 2 door and a 96' Dodge Ram club cab 4x4 pickup. After those two I’ve sworn I never wanted another truck of with style. Especially a pick up since everyone want to borrow it or get you to move their junk.

I like. It’s not classically beautiful, but above all else I’m happy it exists.

Darn. If you had said “Nazi” or “Cheeto” I could have won Trump Derangement Syndrome Bingo.

Mmmmmm, yes. The most dynamic of all the petitions.

Not really in the predictions business; I’m more like this:

I got a brand new Mk IV GTI in 2002 and owned it for 7 years with no major reliability issues. I then owned two BMW E90 335s, which were the two best cars I’ve ever owned, despite each having more issues than my GTI . I had to give up the 335 for a family SUV, which promptly became by wife’s car, and I needed an

I’m 43 and I have zero qualms with mine.

C’mon man it’s a GTI not an STI

Wat? 340 is quite a bit in a super-lite car.

You’re competing with Corvette’s...so act like it.”
