Great to hear that they are out there. One of my most annoying experiences was getting a parking ticket on my WRX wagon in Denver. I had removed the ‘S U B A R U’ lettering on the back, and changed to the JDM ‘i’ on the front, only to get a ticket with the make/model as UNKNOWN ST WGN.

No wonder Jalopnik is always

Now playing

It’s Lan-Cha as the Italian ‘Ci’ and ‘Ce’ make a hard ‘Ch’ Sound.
Think Ciao. A native Italian speaker says it around 17 sec.

There can be only one.

The 90-91 Integra, I disliked it so much I limited my search to the 92-93 for my first car.

This is probably the reason Uber wants its drivers as independent contractors. If she was an employee, hurt on the job, Uber would be footing much of this bill.

Regarding the trunk: being that this a spider, what’s to stop a passerby from opening it when it’s parked with the roof down (off, whatever you call it)? My ‘82 Fiat Spider from the (arguably) same company wisely doesn’t have an interior trunk release. In fact it’s the exact opposite of this, have to use a key

I’d give it a drive before eliminating it. It’s far more luxurious then it’s competitors and even better than more upscale offerings from GM (Buick and entry Cadillacs). I think the issue is it’s filling that luxury void abandoned by every other auto maker in the name of Nurernburgring times and the aire of

Can’t Unsee

Are we sure it’s not Polestar blue?

Because the WRX, GTI, and Focus ST exist in wagon variants in other markets. We don’t expect 400 hp+ to be cheap, but we do expect some manufacturer to make an affordable wagon with sporting intentions.

The way I see it is one company with a long history of building a damn good roadster, and another car made half by one, and half by another that built the most winning WRC engine of all time. And FCA built the Fiat Barchetta until 2005, the Alfa Romeo GTV spider until 2006 and the Alfa Romeo Brera Spider until 2010.

I have one, in North America from late ‘80-82 (the one pictured) with the fuel injection had 102 hp.

Except they turned their back on the Coloradans that made them a mainstream brand. As a CO native and until recently resident, they were prevalent because they were the anti-SUV, unapologetic wagons. Now when I look to replace my WRX wagon they make nothing similar, coasting on their distant enthusiast laurels.

I like it, more so I appreciate that they haven’t gone with some kind of Hofmeister kink like seemingly every car these days.

How low is low on a nine-speed, 3 speeds, 5? Curious as this is high on my list but drive in the mountains a lot.

Taylor Swift, for the long con!

Well, as long as it’s cold.

A couple of turns he’s close to doing a 360, but being a Loyale Subaru fan, I’ll overlook it. I’d love to see him do something offroad, rally or even Baja.

What application is that? Looks like a nice swap!
