Seems pretty good. I’m trying to recall what they originally went for back then, new...must have been in the low-to-mid thirties, right?

Good info, and yeah, NONE of the G cars were/are necessarily “light”. But I always found it interesting that the sedans were lighter, faster, and arguably more accommodating, than the coupes. The only real advantage the coupes ever held, was purely aesthetic, for those that preferred that look.
I’ve actually never bothered to even look at what cars like that go for. I guess that means they’re holding up well enough.
Good Lord! You’re right. I totally forgot about the cluster-fuck that Nissan thinks is a competitive choice for automatic transmission.
Well, it would likely depend on how much you had to spend. For the most part, the car didn’t change a ton, mechanically, until 2008 (coupe) and 2009 (sedan) when they released the 3.7 engine and 7AT. For my money, I’d always look at the G37 Sport, (either coupe or sedan) because the upgrades were not unsubstantial…
You know, almost everything you just pointed out regarding the Maxima, would also apply to the even better G35/37.
It was a bad joke. But also, pretty clever.
Wooooosh...over your head.
Damn! Those guys are huge as FUCK!!!
Ugh. Yes. I did. Keep patting yourself on the back. Maybe that will help strengthen your point.
Sissyfoot.
Wow! That was great. Thanks for posting that.
I might have thought that you would have also stepped into the mess which is their (now) purposeless engine naming scheme.
Shit, dude, Ralph Nader is unsafe at any speed.
When I used to ride sport bikes, I’d regularly do the full loop through Palomar, down in SD county. I was never a hardcore 9/10ths rider, because I like living, but I could still handle my own in the twisties. But one thing always stayed with me, and that was just how capable many of the wide handle-bared “multi…
Welcome to New Zealand!
Christ. No wonder why all the Iranians here in the States only refer to themselves as “Persians”. They want nothing to do with those clowns.
Good Lord. Those pieces of shit are depreciating on the dealers’ lots, before even being sold...
Test drive.
It’s pretty amazing just how well the Corrado has aged - visually. Mechanically? I’d probably guess not as much, considering the very, very few I ever see here in SoCal these days. But it looks contemporary. Almost like how well the ol’ Porsche 944 Turbo has aged.
