I know, for a fact, that our '05 is worth more than equivalent model year F150, Silverado, and Ram models. Perhaps, it was because they simply sold fewer, and there is simply enough demand for used full-sized trucks. Who knows for sure. But the residual values don't paint the same picture that I think (?) you seem to

Good job, Honda. One questions: Will you be including a free VHS player, or WalkMan, with the new car?

Odd, and too bad for you. Ours has been bullet-proof, and not even treated well. Literally, the only thing which has gone bad, was the starter. And that wouldn't have been that big a deal if it weren't for the fact that they positioned it beneath the entire intake manifold and associated parts, so the replacement was

It's horrible. We own a '05 Titan, and while quite long in the tooth, it's still rocking well these days. But THIS is what Nissan waited ages and ages to release??? If I saw that on the street this morning, I would assume it was either an F150 or a Silverado.

You forgot to add the obligatory, non-functional vent/badge thingy on the front fenders.

"Ruined"? Fuck no. Improved? Yes.

Well, except that the Hellcat weighs as much as the entire starting grid of an F1 race.

"A" for effort?

Some pretty questionable cars tend to roll out of Michigan. But you have to hand it to them, they DO make great highway explosions.

Indeed. Except when they get to light a semi full of fireworks on fire.

Shit. Who gives it?

Out of respect to all your poor, cold, fucks out there in the rest of the country, when I go pick my kids up at school later today, here in so-cal, I'm not going to wear a tank-top with my shorts. I'll put on the more wintery T-shirt, instead. Solidarity, bitches.

What's with large boats carrying cars? Consider, some of the most deadly maritime disasters in the past decade have been aboard large car-carrying ferries.

I can't comment on the cost to the city of Pasadena, or not. But I know for a fact that when they do fly-overs for sporting events (like the NFL), the leagues foot the entire bill.

blah, blah, blah, blah, TITTIES!!!!!!!!!!, blah, blah, blah, blah

Wait! You're saying that a sales guy at an auto dealership was a stupid POS? Really?

Yeah, by all accounts, Toyota is really just phoning in these "F" cars. I've got nothing against them trying, but there's no middle ground, either. Basically, you either get a tired old 3.5l V6 with soft suspension, in every single Lexus model. Or, you get a slightly less tired V8 in the "F" models.

Forget the differences in weight and horsepower. The real story is the dramatic difference in torque, and where it's going to show up in the rev range. The BMW eats the Toyota's lunch in that department.

You can do exactly that through VAG. I've seen some really wildly equipped cars that were custom-configured. Takes a hell of a long time, though. Almost to the point where by the time you take delivery, the next model year is being announced.

They were expecting pizza slice Monday in the mess hall, but all they get was a noisy jet.
