EPA makes rules that allo for some polluting (at times) to save engine.
FCA uses these rules.EPA says FCA pushed the limits too much.
FCA says no we didnt......EPA says yes you did.
This goes on for months.
Eventually EPA has had enough and says HEY!*WE* MAKE THE RULES AND *WE* SAY YOU ARENT COMPLYING!!

It is a felony. There has to be a charge...Also, my understanding is that she was not placed in a lock-up situation...Normally, you see kids start this kind of activity when they’re older, maybe 14 or 15 years old.

Seriously though, at what age would they not charge her? How young would she have to be for people to just laugh it off and explain to her why it’s a no-no rather than slapping felony charges on a fucking child?

I’m so relieved we finally solved our drugs, terrorism and human trafficking problems so that law enforcement can focus on the things that really matter.

It was never “banned” in the traditional sense of the word, it just has not become legal yet! This car becomes legal in 2021.

I’ll buy whichever one I can permanently disable the start-stop technology which is rumored to be standard.

There is approximately 0% chance they go from offering one engine at a time for the last ten years to suddenly offering 6 engine options.

Drum brakes! I really cannot fathom that even today drums are still cheaper than discs (for the car maker of course- not for the user).

Reminds me of the wipers on an old bus. Not connected, so they never wiped at the same times. I think watching them as a young lad is what created my OCD.
