Did this occur during the time the serial killer Israel Keyes was active? Burying a “murder bucket” in a random location and coming back to it years later were part of his MO. He died in prison, but the FBI is still investigating his activities to identify victims.

Much less of a moral quandary: I want every article about him to mention that he was a cop.

If he dies before he is sentenced(or before he begins appeals) he would be considered legally innocent. I wouldn't put it past him to try and commit suicide for that reason. ( And so that he could be in control of the outcome)

As someone who followed this case closely before he was identified, there are still so many weird occurrences and practices that I’m curious about. He was so strange in his brutality and imaginative. What a truly evil man. And what a lucky son of a bitch to get away so many times in close calls.

This might not be a bad thing. Death row is supposed to be pretty luxurious compared to life in prison accommodations, and considering his age and appeals, he’d probably be in Hotel Death Row for the rest of his life. I’d rather see him rot, although I doubt he’ll be in gen pop.

Yes. Seconded.

...Good? I’m opposed to the death penalty AND unnecessary re-traumatizing the victims. But I still want to know why his victims all reported that he smelled bad and needed to eat constantly.

“She likes to: leave me alone”

Hey now! Everyone knows the “Florida of Florida” is Tallahassee. As a Jacksonville woman, I can tell you that we are NOT happy about the decision to host the RNC here, it’s utterly disappointing on so many levels.

The GOP’s late-stage capitalism aesthetic really just hits different.

As his location edged closer on my phone, I spotted his big, blue eyes in the crowd and his sign above his head. Be still my beating heart.

This crisis you’ve been suppressing isn’t meant to be resolved, it’s meant to be endured.

And the geography is both bachelors & PhD and her diss is paleo-climatolgy and like my experience w/ that field is it’s a lot of trying to model really messy and incomplete data. Like yes, I’ve known loads of grad students who don’t know what they’re doing...but I’m just a tad more skeptical of DeSantis side of the

Right? Geography involves a fucking huge amount of data processing.

That sounds like the perfect qualifications for a data scientist and especially somebody making/managing dashboards.

But what is the meaningful difference between archaeology and grave robbing?

I’m opining that she probably had some pretty intense mental health issues and was quite malleable - I think she had three pregnancies before she was 20?

Truth. I worked from home for the last six weeks, and my uniform was pajamas and no bra.
