So we think Ben and Glory are somehow related?

Somewhere in the review thread for one of the episodes that actually got reviewed I mentioned the close-ups as well. It must be extreme for us all to have noticed.

I keep thinking Wynn's GF looks way too much like a Buffy vampire.

"Don't talk over me" to a person you just asked a question of. (Although I think it may have been a borderline rhetorical question.)

"That's a felony….also a felony…"

And check out the driver, who, as a true professional (both as driver and as background player) does not react at all to Gary's freakout.

No spying because all the information will be free!

And the carefully framed "Father-Daughter Dance" sign during his long odes to various forms of gay sex.

The reviewer seems to think that the people who testified had been to —wherever— and back. I thought they were giving permission in advance and had been zapped into non-existence by the magic rays. No?

It might help that this was in the early 1970s, so maybe historical knowledge has firmed up since then, or — and this was sort of my impression at the time — he was being nutty.

I has a middle-school history teacher who was pretty set on the theory that the Secretary of War, Edward Stanton, was behind the Lincoln assassination.

I think one problem is with where the "not" is. "He was found not guilty", to me, really does mean "found innocent". What we're looking for, when we're being super-technical, is "was not found guilty". But that's apparently not on the table — and also sounds like maybe the trial isn't over yet or something.

Also a "Morty" where it should be "Rick" in the Stray Observations.

I don't know about D- but I also didn't like it much. I was legit angry at Bo for being a crook and potentially hurting Cheyenne that way.

Look for "Kay Plays" — she's on some long-term break right now, but her calm competence is impressive, and the way she casually stumbles onto the perfect, non-cheese way to beat the final Dark Souls boss is just beautiful.

On the other hand, Bloodborne is alone among the 5 Soulsbornes in that there is no extra penalty for dying beyond losing your souls/echoes: there's no HP reduction and no state like "hollow/not hollow" to penalize you.

I guess they took pity or something because now it's something else, but you'd think they'd mention it as an update because now half the comments don't apply.

"Because you are terrible at creating currency. Terrible."

Huh. I was going to point out that Clea Lewis has played "the most boring woman in the world" before, on Ellen (the 1990s sitcom), and don't know what she's been doing in between.

You'd think the effect of the Earth sun on her and her cousin would make her question her allegiance to the God of the Kryptonian sun. Unless Rao is the God of all suns?
