See-the problem is that you’re assuming that the woman told the truth but you won’t allow for anyone to assume that he was telling the truth. So you’re setting it up so that Ludlow could claim a hostile environment and then it just goes around and around.

None of those things is a Title IX violation. She’s entitled to accept one person’s version of events over another’s. That might make her shitty, but it doesn’t make her liable under Title IX.
