There are ranges.

I LOL’d at the comments the first time. LOL’d at them again this time.

I’m going to recommend opposite land.

My irrational love of Jaguar is going to step in... yeah, I’ll go NP. I like the car a lot. I’m not offended by the price. So I’m in. Promise I won’t pronounce it Jaaaaaag all the time.

I couldn’t imagine intentionally paying $8k for a nearly 30 year old Lumina.  This is exactly the kind of car my father specialized in buying when I was a kid.  Something boring, with 4 doors, and who cares about dependability because he traded the last boring car and $500 for it.  Adjusting for inflation, my brain

See?  It fits!

This is already happening - at least in a roundabout way.  Insurance companies are very risk averse, and premiums will be higher on higher risk cars (and drivers). Sales can be affected by higher premiums.  That said, insurance companies absolutely already share findings with the industry they’re insuring, with the

Technically, I think the Aspire name is fine.  Maybe the car wanted to grow up to be a Taurus.  You never know.

I can’t help but think that Jeep would be more successful making things that look like Jeeps.  The Wagoneer looks nice and all, but how is it selling again?

It’s pretty clear the driver went onto the lawn in an attempt to find traction...had he not done that, I’m pretty sure that truck ends up in someone’s livingroom.  The only real issue is that he didn’t get the rear wheels onto grass before they lost traction.

If there’s one thing you can guarantee in a Canadian winter, it’s this:  The lineups at touchless car washes are SUPER long whenever the temperature pops up above freezing for a couple days.

“Too new.” That’s a laugh.

I’ve watched enough episodes of Mayday: Air Crash Investigation (all of them I think) to know the little things seem to matter quite a lot... and a scary number of airlines seem to be ok letting them slide...

This was a great list!

it will likely come in at around $65,000

I love the idea of the Beat.  I know that I’d have no chance of fitting in one, so it’s pretty much a ND at any price.  Though...looking back at Mercedes’ old articles on it, unless Beats in the US have appreciated a bunch, I think this price might be a bit high too.

No... the question is “What do you think?”.  And as I’ve said here a bunch of times, basing the decision off of a market price is boring.  It’s perfectly fine for a market price to be irrational.

Yeah... I just don’t think the difference in size warrants the difference in price.

Fine.  The growth rate declined through the year.
