I’m pretty sure that Journey isn’t AWD. From what I can tell, the Crossroads edition is an appearance package (blacked out bits are part of that). I thought I’d hop over to the Journey forums and check…and there’s a surprising number of people asking whether the car they bought is AWD or not. Wouldn’t shock me if

The buyers for a Journey likely wouldn’t know if it was AWD or not.  It’s 4 wheels and an engine with a 3rd row.

I guess they really want people to use the Epic games store huh.

The take rate is how we got to where we are now. In today’s world, it’s already happened, and yeah…probably only matters to those looking at fleet numbers today. People don’t buy manuals, so manufacturers can improve the fleet emissions by getting rid of the least efficient choices. It’s strictly correlation right

I’ll tip my cap for effort (but shake my head when the seller isn’t looking). It’s still a shitty for wagon for nearly $15k. Ugh. Easy ND.

Yep… and we all know the Trump is only pandering to his audience right?  As soon as he sees the money involved, he’ll turn his back on his voters faster than you can say cheese doodle.

For the Prowler… while parts had a LOT to do with the transmission choice, I bet there was enough work that went into their market research to know that they wouldn’t need to develop a manual for it. If they thought they were selling to older dudes that wanted a turn key roadster, those are also the guys who wanted

Or they don’t care to row their own when going to work? I can pretty much guarantee it has nothing to do with capability. Just because a gear head is ok with a manual in traffic doesn’t mean others want to bother.

Now playing

This post, and most of the comments in this post, reminds me of Not Just Bikes.

I had this. There are other toys that I used more (Lego), but this is the first thing I thought of…and this is a car blog after all. I’m actually flummoxed that I found it. Just had to search for Vintage RC Ferrari Testarossa and it showed up on Etsy. So now I’m actually thinking of buying it.

This thread is full of things I haven’t seen in decades.

Yeah… turning your back on the trillions of dollars that will come out of this transition is a great idea for long term health of the US. I guarantee the EU and China will not slow down. Automakers know this, and short of a ban on EVs in the US (which will piss off his buddy Elon), the automakers aren’t going to

Dammit. Now I have Just the two of us stuck in my head.

I’ll be controversial.

...and done wrong long enough that ZF caught up with their latest 8sp autos, and they’re good.  Better than many dual clutches.

This reaction is inevitable.

Other markets are smarter.

Oddly enough, I just picked up a fancy hanging bracket for my phone for a recent flight.  It worked really well!  Clamps to the top of the tray, and has magsafe to connect.

I love the Mini…but the normal Mini.  Not this factory hack job.  These are dumb.  ND

It’s all marketecture.
