Heh, talking about the playable characters. Weird Ed, OK. But I haven’t played Maniac Mansion (although I could do so right there on the PC in his office... !) so I don’t know Ed’s back story other than the few hints he drops in this game.

They lowered the PC specs to be a lot more reasonable a couple of weeks before release. I’m guessing an exec at 505 got on Remedy’s case and told them to be more realistic.

Same old games as for the past few weeks, which is why I haven’t been posting here much:

I’m just going to be a pedant here and point out that Downton Abbey takes place during the Edwardian period. The Victorian era ended in 1901 and Downton starts in 1912.

Here’s the thing. I think Victorian fantasy, especially steampunk, is a very tough sell to current audiences for whatever reason.
Sure, something like Downton Abbey can pull the crowd that love Victorian period pieces, and you can find some interest if you’re going with a horror angle. But really, it seems like the

There’s a joke here about stags, and Nottingham, and forests...I’m too tired to put it all together, so instead I’ll post this picture of a character from the most awesome Robin Hood that didn’t involve a cartoon fox:

The food had to be cheap because of the $135,000 tip Michael Cohen would drop off later with the NDA.

I read that Hooters is going to get former UK Prime Minister John Major to do a commercial for them.

Call me a cynic if you want but having never heard a single, pleasant fact about Danny Masterson in my whole life, I just have a bad feeling, y’know?

No, Jack Kirby did, but Stan remembers it differently.

He sure did, true believer!

Hot take!
