I’m not embarrassed to admit my friends and I spent *WAY* more time on the Deadliest Warrior video game than they care to acknowledge.

I’d take Samurai 4/5 times, the brawler/beserker style doesn’t line up well against single precision-timed strikes. But the ability to occasionally ignore or just outright break

Im offended nobody brought up the Deadliest Warrior episode on viking vs samurai where the samurai won.

I heard something on an NPR show about a game based around completing positive real life goals. One of the things someone said was something like “and when people are playing a game, they don’t get frustrated or discouraged.” Obviously they have never heard of Dark Souls, or seen me almost pitch my $300 Switch into

It was just an expanded version of the “You Got Lucky” video.

My kids still enjoy Minecraft. We got a cross-platform update so now one or two of them can be on the X-Box while another is on their Amazon tablet. And now there are “pillagers,” which are like villagers, but they pillage (duh).

PETER, YOU’VE LOST THE NEWS!

Benny Hill will be on the £100 note.

This was probably the best TV series I’ve watched in a while, hit all the right notes and was just the right balance of funny, shocking and clever. The ending was also incredibly satisfying while also leaving you ready to watch another 8 episodes.

Hmmm. This article misses a lot of what makes The Boys worth watching. The writer claims the show has nothing to say yet the entire show is a massive takedown of celebrity culture and celebrity worship. These ‘heroes’ are mouthpieces and puppets for branded images, they have no agency, are stopped from doing anything

I watched the first episode last night and to my surprise it was actually pretty good.

Upvote if you, like me, thought the logo behind Driver’s head were some kind of weird hair extensions/dreadlocks.

This story explores an alternate universe in which Guam is our 51st state.

Not sure it requires an indefinite TV show to make the same point

You caught me. Now where's my sword.

I’m posting from the future, ooooo-ooooo!

And to add insult to injury, he had to make do with eating oversized sandwich meat on little slices of bread. What’s he supposed to do, fold it or something?
