Twin-turbos easily fix the cars speed problem, it did on mine.

For the Delorean Car Shownback in 2016, my dad and I loaded up my Delorean for the trip from Pittsburgh to Springfield, Il. We hit a Crackerbarrel restaurant for every meal which usually ended up being steak.

Deloreans weigh only 2,800 lbs.

The Delorean, watching back to the future and that car rolls out of the trailer was love at first sight.

EPA and emissions killed everybody.

The Delorean is not a heavy car, it’s mostly fiberglass.  They only weigh just under 3000 lbs.

Take a wrecked Delorean, rip out the gas tank in the front and put a small four cylinder engine with a front wheel drive system in front, and replace the rear engine with a 2jz twin turbo with a Porsche transmission.

It’s a good thing Bob Gale and Robert Zemeckis have made it impossible while they are still alive, and their estates have instructions not to let it be remade.

A very similar thing happened during the restoration of the original Back to the Future Delorean, parts removed over the years by tourists and fans were sent in to aid in the rebuilding of the car.

Too bad I’m all the way over here in Pittsburgh, I’d love to bring my car.  Hope the show goes well.

Hope it has a real steering wheel and not the butterfly grip, otherwise you’re going to hate turning.

Twin-turbo Delorean owner, it really is not bad. Pretty quick actually, not a race car, but perfectly fine for driving.

As a Delorean owner, I’m very happy with this article. It’s not slamming the Delorean as a terrible car, it’s not screaming about how John was a crazy cokehead, and it’s not calling owners idiots for wanting such a shitty car like other articles about Deloreans.

His sponsor tent is going to be popular.

A government agent gave him the money to buy the coke, a government agent brought the coke to him, a government informant told him he could get him money for his company.

The sting was video taped, I can’t say whether or not if John ever used it personally, but the FBI brought the cocaine to the sting.

Yes

No, I love the movies. It just doesn’t mean it won’t get old over time.

The back to the future jokes get old, but the cocaine ones are just plain false. He never had possession of cocaine except when it was brought to the sting by the fbi.

I have had mine for over 4 years with no issues, and have driven from Pittsburgh to Springfield, IL and back.
