You lay that out there really well. You are describing the very key element in any claim for damages - “causation”. Causation in this situation would be really, really difficult to prove, especially since the NFL would argue that any hit that resulted in a catastrophic injury would likely have fucked him up in any

Before or after being confirmed as the SCOTUS justice replacing RBG?

And the national anthem was very offended.

Agreed. He’d want you to show due respect and come over to get it in person, which helps you become an adult. As you and your friends get older and no longer look to your parents for approbation, you find yourself spending more time with Neighbor Ed, who gives zero shits but shares the knowledge about good decisions,

Krap.  I’m krushed.

It might turn out to be a dud but changing the flow of the game may be fun, mis-timing a flying change may create an odd 5v4 mismatch and that may be fun, doing things that are new and different can be fun even if there is no substantive impact, looking at the game as flexible and not immutable may be fun. Of course, i

You are right in your sacrcasm. We should never consider trying to inject fun into exhibitions because this is serious shit. I have reconsidered my position and now I am offended that they’d even consider any rule modifications and for me to comment that I enjoy it in two other contexts is sheer idiocy since it seems

I’m a fan of subbing on the fly - you see it in futsal and beach soccer. The advantages/disadvantages caused by subbing are fun.  Why limit it in an exhibition?   (before I clicked, I assumed they’d use something like a penalty box to create 4v5 situations)

Excellent analysis - I was going to write something similar (both your comments) - and agree with you 100%.

Narrator: “the plot to get Epstein better accommodations began with a simple card game and many promises.”

I have been to so many games in my life but have only ended up with 2 foul balls - the 2d one was when I was with my twin daughters (they were probably 8 or 9 at the time) and it was pretty special to hand it to them. Where our seats are (down 1st), and when they were young (my youngest are teens now so I don’t bring

I do think that a parent needs to think of which park and which seats if he/she is taking a kid. My point is that I don’t look down on an adult wearing a glove if with a small child in an area where a foul ball might reach them. That was not the case here and there are tons of examples where that is not the case.

One exception:  if you are with small children and you are in an area where a foul ball may greet you.  Bleachers?  No.  Upper deck?  No.  Down the lines?  I don’t have an issue.

I came here to make this comment.  When they tested it - in brown or black - they thought, “uh, moms won’t like this”, and only then did they make it bubblegum color to match the flavor.  Or that’s what I remember.  And want to believe.

How-Fonz-Inc.!

You really took that to the logical end, didn’t you?  Well, someone’s . . .

as I’ve commented elsewhere (though in gray), the joy and confidence are what I see.  And that is what is stunning to me.

I’m just blinded by her joy and confidence.  We should all be lucky enough to feel that at some point, even if a short time, in our lives.

That appears to be Tobin Heath.
