Dude, I have read it. As I've stated many times. But it is a report from the first trial, and most of it was thrown out by the appeals court and the second trial as being inadmissible, illegally obtained, or just bad science. Which I've also stated multiple times. Have you read anything other than the Massei report?
You shouldn't talk to yourself like that.
The sources for that article are shit. At first I thought "Wow this looks really well researched".
I mean, I got my basic explanation of the Italian court system from the Guardian and the BBC which are historically known as bastions of the American Industrial Media Complex (this is sarcasm which I am unsure if you are able to comprehend). Here is one that I had not yet closed out of (http://www.theguardian.com/world…
Yes, I have. None of the DNA evidence against the two would be admissible in an American court, and their motive would have been laughed out of court. The first time they were convicted was done through a jury trial, which as I pointed out before was done without security sequestration and allowed for a lot of jury to…
Bro, get a life.
You know, we got your opinion the first 10 times you said that.
I don't know if that's a "fair" overview; the author has apparently been on a one-woman crusade to convince people in this country that Knox is guilty of the crime. I haven't followed the story that much but even I can see a lot of holes in the Salon article, particularly in regards to the claims about Knox's DNA.
Well by all means, I think your gut feeling should be sufficient. Any other crimes you have a "gut feeling" on that we should know about?
Also, let's not forget that while she was in prison, the guards told her she was HIV positive in an effort to scare her and force to her confess.
Only she wasn't guilty. The person who did it was convicted based on actual physical evidence and, ya know, not the prosecutor's belief in witchcraft and Satanic panic.
Ah yes, the entirely logical "we don't blame white women enough, therefore they must be guilty" line of logic. Say, have you ever thought about, oh, I dunno, looking at the evidence in the case to determine her guilt or innocence?
and apparently he qualifies for day release whatever the hell that means. WTF with this case.
lol
Rudy Hermann Guede is serving 16 years.
Pretty sure the guy in prison admitted to killing Meredith and there was DNA evidence to prove it.
Good i thought she was innocent and i do hope this is last time i have to hear about her, i just want to remember Meredith Kercher who has been forgotten or pushed aside. Also just remember that not all British people think that she is guilty because this always happens on posts about her, it is not US VS UK thing.…
If she really is guilty (and personally i dont think she is) there was simply not enough evidence for a fair conviction.
