I live in atlanta and they have zero excuse. I’ve gone to Atlanta dragway when I wanted to drag race. It was inexpensive and fun.

I saw the Tuscan influence but I wasn’t sure if it was its own style or just Tuscan with those mismatch windows and random modern things haphazardly tacked on. In which case The “neo” prefix checks out, all things considered

I’m a little surprised that basements are uncommon. Not even a crawl space from the sounds of it? Any reason for that?

Does the quickjack come with the capacity to be anchored right out of the box? Or are there any aftermarket solutions to anchor them? Something about their design makes me anxious - can’t help but wonder if they can tip in or out on themselves if hit wrong.

Nice C4! Time to get some paint on those walls 😀

how effective is a single 48" light? I think I've been looking at something similar, but the space is just a square two car garage affair with a 12 foot ceiling. Don't need anything excessive and I'd prefer to just replace the one fixture than add more fixtures. Is a single light bright enough to make you squint?

what light setup did you go with? Is it a single light? I'm trying to light a two car structure with a tall roof. The single bulb is not cutting it at all and I'm contemplating replacing the fixture with a large rectangular led setup.

Alternatively, you can still go with sheet rock for that clean look and then use deep screws to mount plywood or a heavy duty peg board over it. That way you have a nice clean and consistent wall where you don’t need tools and a heavy duty structure where you do

Getting light into my garage is the biggest thing I’m contending with. I do most of my work after 6 and outside of the summer months, there isn’t much natural light. I really want to get a good interior light but its really hard to see what effect the different options will have until I install them. I think a large re

Australia seems to have a different approach to architecture then. I’ve seen similar homes in Atlanta, but they’re uncommon and typically a fair bit wider. I’m more fond of the craftsman style like mine or the Tudor style. A good A-frame in the mountains is nice too.

Interesting lift! Is that anchored?

i just have a conventional two car garage. It’s deep enough for our crew cab short bed F150 and the wife’s crossover. And I can still fit the bikes and auto tools.

It's the old humble brag. Can't pass at the opportunity

The old humble brag. I still say the design is really odd. But it's not my money and to each their own.

That interior is a bit different too it seems

I am confused by so many architectural decisions with the front of that house. Completely puzzled.

Would it cost more though? The Z34 is largely a parts bin car and the margins are probably huge with how long ago they spent R&D on it.

This is a good take. I also like that the Z34 is a touch lighter than the non-V8 pony cars.

“I have driven both the standard and Nismo versions of the 370Z... in 2015. Frankly, I can’t remember what they were really like.”

I know they can’t, but I feel the need to bring it up every time. Just very disappointing to find my wife couldn’t stomach it (literally).
