The engine is peaky and has very little torque down low. It really isn’t all that great. I have a VR30 right now that makes peak torque pretty much through the whole powerband and makes the same amount of torque as HP. I would consider it a fair amount better than the 13B.

It’s abysmal in my humble opinion. Can’t stand it. The power delivery is just not what I want at all out of an engine. I’d pull it out within a week of ownership. Glad I could give you a good laugh.

No. The car pictured has a 20b, which is significantly heavier than a 13b. A 20b weighs around 600lbs with stock accessories and turbo hardware. 2jz is about the same with stock accessories and turbo hardware.

What weighs the same as an overweight 2JZ but costs more initially and even more when you start modifying it?

True. Though I have found that the RX7's interior seems more prone to cracks, broken pieces, heavy staining, fading, and sun damage - depending on the interior color. I have been in and seen several FD’s and talked to the owners pretty extensively and most of them have told me about how they had to search high and low

Meh. Definitely a disappointment in person for me. The interiors do not hold up at all on these cars and you couldn’t pay me to drive a car around with any version of the 13b.

“which is pretty much a luxury car...” by comparison.

I just... can’t. I can’t bring myself to like this car. I respect what it is capable of, but I don’t like it. I don’t dislike it either, mind you. Maybe it’s because I grew up pining for an Evo? Seeing Jackie Chan throw them around in movies. I still remember seeing the Evo in “Who am I” and “Thunderbolt.” Maybe it’s

That’s true about the camaro but it’s still remarkable how bad the visibility is compared to a car of similar proportions. Step out of a mustang and into a 4 series and you’ll wish Ford made a car that was less focused on a particular style and more focused on seating position, ergonomics, and visibility.

That’s not entirely true. A little over 45 grand can get you a Q50 red sport, which has a significantly better interior. A 340i has a very underrated 320hp and the b58 is a gem.

I am not a fan of the style or materials either. You can drop north of 45 grand and still be left with an economy interior

Well, obviously not better than YOUR Camaro

I know. I was just ribbing. It’s better than a Camaro at least.

Just ribbing. Hopefully they adjust those things in the next model

Is the interior better than a new Fusion (checks google and it doesn’t look like it)

There are more drag tacomas than you would think and the 2jz is an affordable and popular option.

I already know that one. What else do you have? Entertain me! Please make sure that it is more interesting than scrolling through two people arguing on the internet. Maybe a more obscure story/joke, perhaps?

Just... stop... please.

He really doesn’t know all that much about cars though...

Mr. Regular isn’t exactly a car expert. He’s just a guy who does heavily subjective reviews of cars with limited (and often incorrect) research that he briefly includes in his mostly entertaining videos. Some of the mistakes he makes indicate heavily that he really doesn’t know all that much about cars and that he
