I’m torn on this one because, while I ultimately agree with your assessment, different is usually only good when there is effort put into being different. The Aztek was such a piecemeal of a car, that it could have been made so much better with a little bit of cohesion, while still being different (even the concept

Whoa! The first picture in the gallery for the Outlander PHEV is the center console without a screen. I hardly knew they sold cars without touchscreens anymore.

Extra points for picking the automatic Z.

The name change is especially brutal now that their cars have no distinguishing features. The FX-35, as well as having some brand cache, was pretty unique looking for a CUV! Now I can hardly tell a QX-50 from a QX-60, and have to consult their website to follow along with which cars are being talked about.

When I worked in retail circa 2006, a late 40's lady that worked part time traded in her loaded, practically brand new Expedition for a $50,000 loaded F-150 King Ranch because she “needed the space.” That bed had never seen anything loaded into it.

I haven’t even read the article yet, but I just wanted to comment on how incredible that graphic looks. Good work, Torch.

I have a 650 very rural miles to drive next week.... there’s stretches without cell service.
