If you are that into dicks, go for it.

Read that headline to quickly, and perhaps with to much hope. I thought it was implying Nintendo faked is out and was going to release a console competitive with Sony and Microsoft.

Not sure if I agree at the moment. Perhaps the fix to the frame rate and the mouse will help.

My point is that if you are trying to avoid deaths in a game, the way you are avoiding it is in no way tied to reality so why should the deaths be of any concern?

I would argue that Watch Dogs is being more realistic as death is far more likely than unconsciousness that lasts for minutes that an individual can thing spring back to life from, shake it off and be on their way.

Choking someone out is not a benign as you may think it is. Someone is choked out by cutting off the blood flow to the brain. Too many seconds (as little as 3) in one direction and someone is seriously damaged, if not dead. Too many seconds in the other direction (again, as little as 3) and you have just pissed

What is your solution? Very few “non-lethal” attacks found in games are really non-lethal, and those that are would likely leave victims with severe brain damage.

Maybe its his tiny bone on the nose of some dude.

So you take everything at face value I take it?

I disagree that the argument is not practical. It is about precision and comprehension. But I will agree to disagree and move on since you are clearly having a difficult time with the nuance.

Perhaps you are reacting to something different than I am. The comment I responded to was, “Gotta love that obviously faked reaction to reach the minimum time to cash in.” That is clearly about the tactic and not the performance.

“...full of wholes...”

There is a difference between disliking a performance vs. disliking a tactic. Delineating between the two is important, otherwise you run the risk of looking like a hypocrite by not applying a standard broadly, which is what SoundCaster was doing.

Or if you don’t get hung up on it. It can be an effective way of drawing additional attention to something.

No problem. Seems like you forgot the obvious, hopefully you’ll remember next time.

The scoring in this sport, wtf.

It could suggest desperation because it is unusual in the gaming industry. It could also suggest excitement from the company. At the end of the day, they Square Enix is the only one that knows which leaves the base to make assumptions based on actions.

That was a swipe keyboard doing a poor job.

It’s a common tactic across media platforms to try and match the desired reaction from viewers. A tactic that even David Attenborough has used in his documentaries.

Per Cruisin’ USA, hit the gas. The deer will vaporize and won’t slow you down. Pretty sure it may speed you up a bit. I haven’t played in a while; not a fan of those hardcore sims.
